End of the school year approaches, bringing with it all sorts of awesome goings-on!

The school publication, Satori, selected six of my pieces this year, and I'm very excited! They asked me to read a piece at the release party as well, so that should be fun.

In other news, I've solidified my Photojournalism major, almost finished with my English minor and am picking up a Chinese minor. I'm actually exited about college again, which is a great feeling~

and I will be going to China next summer if all goes according to plan, and it will be both of our first times off of the continent! I'm already starting to save up so hopefully there will be many trips around the country to take in different sights, like Buddhist temples, the Great Wall and hopefully a expedition through Shanghai.

All these awesome things that are happening just go to show you that if you keep fighting for yourself, things will start falling into place, more spectacularly than you ever anticipated!
