Interesting fact:

I took this just before I walked out into the flood water. I saw it there, and I knew it would be a good first shot of the event. Somehow, even though I didn't know what was going to happen, I knew it was going to be very slow and very painful.

This is, of all I've taken, on of my very favorite shots.
